The staff and doctors at CioVet are very professional — you can genuinely feel their care for both the owners and the pets. We brought our cat, Shio, for the second time due to a urethral blockage.
Our first vet told us that a catheter could no longer be done and that surgery was the only option, which was very expensive and came with a low survival rate. With heavy hearts, we paid ₱2,000 for their attempt to insert the catheter and brought Shio home, grieving and preparing for the worst.
Then we decided to seek a second opinion at Ciao Vet — and that was the best decision we ever made. Dr. Lazatin carefully explained the procedure and immediately performed the emergency surgery that same night. Our baby is now safe, and the cost was far more reasonable compared to the first vet. We’re deeply thankful to Ciao Vet for giving our cat another chance at life. Highly recommended! ❤️🐾

After going through numerous vet clinics here in Pampanga, we can certainly say that Ciao's quality of medical care, service and helpfulness is second to none. Our eldest cat Chobi went through a botched PU surgery due to stones/kidney disease and Doc Joseph managed to properly repair and make the healing process easy for him. The clinic team/staff is very friendly and accommodating even during visits for confined pets. Everyone, especially the doctors, take their time to explain everything thoroughly to ease our concerns and make sure that our cats get what they needed. Our 3 cats are grateful and only trust Ciao for their routine checkups. Here's to hoping they continue to be one of the best clinics out there 🐱

I always get very anxious whenever one of my furbabies stays with the vet, but with Ciao, I feel more relaxed and trust that my pet is in good hands. Highly recommended. I had my dog check here and they were very accommodating while also very helpful on listening about the history of my dogs. Unlike other Vet clinic who just run sack me with different solutions who are just after monetary profit. Super naging okay dog ko after the injury. salamat dok! Want to update my review here. MAY 2024 - They are a LIFESAVER. Had an emergency this week and ALL THEIR staff rush to me with genuine concern & passion to save the life of my beloved pet. They also explain to me every line of their diagnostics and real talk on what can be done so my dog would have a better life.
